Job Description:
Support the performance optimization and reliability of solar energy assets
Analyse operational data to ensure systems are running efficiently
Identify and investigate underperformance issues across the portfolio
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for solar assets in the C&I and UtilityScale sectors
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1 3 years of experience in solar operations performance analysis
Proficient in monitoring and analysing C&I and utilityscale solar PV systems using SCADA HMI IoT and platforms like VCOM
Skilled in identifying and escalating system underperformance or anomalies
Experience creating clear performance reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of solar PV systems performance metrics and monitoring technologies
Effective collaborator with O&M teams asset managers and engineers to resolve issues efficiently
Qualification:
BSc/ BEng/BTech Electrical/Mechatronic/Electronic Engineering
