Job Description

Role Overview

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouse locations
  • Analyze stock levels usage trends and procurement data to optimize inventory turnover and reduce waste
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track key metrics identify gaps and recommend process enhancements
  • Partner with procurement logistics and on-site teams to forecast demand and coordinate timely deliveries
  • Support warehouse management system (WMS) updates and process documentation
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
  • Assist in vendor and carrier performance reviews focusing on efficiency cost control and service quality

Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • 13 years of experience in warehouse inventory or supply chain analytics preferred
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau etc.)
    • Familiarity with WMS platforms and ERP systems
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
