Job Description

Role Overview
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple warehouse locations
- Analyze stock levels usage trends and procurement data to optimize inventory turnover and reduce waste
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track key metrics identify gaps and recommend process enhancements
- Partner with procurement logistics and on-site teams to forecast demand and coordinate timely deliveries
- Support warehouse management system (WMS) updates and process documentation
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
- Assist in vendor and carrier performance reviews focusing on efficiency cost control and service quality
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Analytics or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 13 years of experience in warehouse inventory or supply chain analytics preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI Tableau etc.)
- Familiarity with WMS platforms and ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
