Business Banking Manager Newcastle & Hunter Valley NSW

In the Business Banking Manager role you will be joining a team that is nothing short of customer obsessed. Each day you will go above and beyond to Proactively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing fully Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels.

Each day youll go above and beyond to:
Educate customers about their business options providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk.
Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business.
Identify new referral opportunities.
Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
Ensure our customers feel supported and valued.
Manage dayday compliance requirements.
Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. Youll need:
A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships.
A genuine passion for customer service.
Excellent communication skills.
A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team business partners and overall value chain by modelling NABs values and behaviours.
Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
