Job Description
Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments including massages facials body treatments manicures and pedicures
Ensure guests receive a personalised relaxing and memorable spa experience
Maintain high standards of cleanliness hygiene and presentation in treatment rooms and spa facilities
Recommend suitable treatments and products tailored to guests needs
Maintain uptodate knowledge of products techniques and wellness trends
Manage appointments treatment schedules and guest records efficiently
Ensure all spa protocols and health & safety standards are upheld
Support the team in creating a calm welcoming and nurturing environment
Requirements:
Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy/Somatherapy/Massage Therapy
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role preferably in a 5star spa or hospitality environment is a MUST
Excellent massage and body treatment skills with a caring and professional touch
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Wellgroomed presentable and professional always
Passion for wellness guest care and creating relaxing experiences
Knowledge of spa products and ability to confidently recommend retail items
Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Reliable transport essential
