Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: 10165 East Hampton Avenue Suite 111 Mesa AZ 85209
Incentives: Up to $15000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday
Compensation:Salaried starting at $80000 and up commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

Join our large growing clinic in the East Valley near Apache Junction. Located near the start of the Superstition Mountains Banner PT East Mesa is looking for an engaging Physical Therapist. We currently have a team of 5 full-time clinicians and 1.5 PTA that see Orthopedic Vestibular balance/gait fall prevention and Sports Medicine. We work as a tight knit group to provide personal professional patient centered care.

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school
- Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- CPR certification
