Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Win new clients in the USA and UK through cold outreach LinkedIn email campaigns referrals and creative strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting hightrust relationships with decisionmakers hiring managers and HR leaders.
  • Talent Acquisition: Headhunt source screen and place toptier candidates across highimpact industries.
  • 360 Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer and onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct salary benchmarking compile market insights decks and pitch datadriven solutions to clients.
  • Process Excellence: Ensure pipeline accuracy ATS hygiene and candidate experience.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Solid 360 recruitment experience with a proven track record.
  • Experience in international markets preferred (USA and/or UK).
  • Demonstrated ability to close business and bring on clients.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of global hiring trends.
  • Exceptional candidate sourcing skills (Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter job boards extensions etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Independent selfmanaged and highly accountable.
  • Hunger to build grow and lead.
