Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Win new clients in the USA and UK through cold outreach LinkedIn email campaigns referrals and creative strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain lasting hightrust relationships with decisionmakers hiring managers and HR leaders.
- Talent Acquisition: Headhunt source screen and place toptier candidates across highimpact industries.
- 360 Recruitment: Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer and onboarding.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct salary benchmarking compile market insights decks and pitch datadriven solutions to clients.
- Process Excellence: Ensure pipeline accuracy ATS hygiene and candidate experience.
What You Need to Succeed
- Solid 360 recruitment experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in international markets preferred (USA and/or UK).
- Demonstrated ability to close business and bring on clients.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of global hiring trends.
- Exceptional candidate sourcing skills (Boolean search LinkedIn Recruiter job boards extensions etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Independent selfmanaged and highly accountable.
- Hunger to build grow and lead.
