Senior Change Manager 3 Month Contract
Minimum Requirements:
- Snr Change Manager to support the group platform journey on groupwide change initiatives
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading and managing strategic change initiatives across large complex group wide initiatives
- Any formal change management accreditation / qualification
- Significant experience in leading and managing complex groupwide change initiatives in financial services
- Experience in leading and managing both business and IT change initiatives acrosslarge organizations (financial services and tech organizations a plus)
- Strong EQ and ability to influence across multiple stakeholders
- Strong change management specialist skills to conduct stakeholder analysis change impacts and translating into Strategic Change Plans
- Ability to engage with various stakeholders; senior to junior
Responsibilities:
- Develop Change Management plan and approach
