Job Description
Business Intelligence Analyst
- 12 Month Contract position
- Hybrid (min 4 days at the office per week)
Minimum requirements:
- 3 to 4 years related experience
- Relevant Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering
- Familiar with Reporting and Database Tools e.g. PowerBI Access Database
- Ability to design and build reports and supporting databases
- Experience building out Portfolio Programme Project Reports would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain a Portfolio Database and associated Reports required by PMOs and Company ExCo.
- Support improvement and efficiency in information sourcing and reporting processes
- Design visually appealing reports and generate insights to support decisionmaking and tradeoffs across project spend benefits progress delivery and risk
- Establish processes and controls for source data / information ratification
- Generate insights from available information and identify opportunities for improvement
