Job Description
As an ideal candidate you will be able to:
- quickly learn and understand the product from a business perspective.
- be able to understand the details of the product operations.
- be a safe pair of hands capable of effectively running the POC with attention to detail.
- be excellent on excel.
- be capable of executing simple changes in SAS (with guidance).
- able to manage your time well.
- work independently.
- provide insight and reporting daily.
- conduct in person meetings as required.
- identify when escalation is required.
- manage and maintain strong productive relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
- travel to Malaysia and spend approximately 6 months on site at the bank.
Core Objectives:
- Work closely with various teams to execute the POC operations.
- Engage across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the ongoing operations of the POC.
- Manage Insights reporting and escalations of the ongoing POC operations.
- Understand the product nuances and escalate issues.
- Assist and guide external team on process execution steps.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in information technology engineering or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management qualification is desirable.
Experience:
- SAS experience is preferable.
Key Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Excel Skills.
