Job Description

As an ideal candidate you will be able to:

  • quickly learn and understand the product from a business perspective.
  • be able to understand the details of the product operations.
  • be a safe pair of hands capable of effectively running the POC with attention to detail.
  • be excellent on excel.
  • be capable of executing simple changes in SAS (with guidance).
  • able to manage your time well.
  • work independently.
  • provide insight and reporting daily.
  • conduct in person meetings as required.
  • identify when escalation is required.
  • manage and maintain strong productive relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.
  • travel to Malaysia and spend approximately 6 months on site at the bank.

Core Objectives:

  • Work closely with various teams to execute the POC operations.
  • Engage across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the ongoing operations of the POC.
  • Manage Insights reporting and escalations of the ongoing POC operations.
  • Understand the product nuances and escalate issues.
  • Assist and guide external team on process execution steps.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree in information technology engineering or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management qualification is desirable.

Experience:

  • SAS experience is preferable.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Excel Skills.
