Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Bachelor of Commerce or related
- Min 12 years working experience which includes:
- Management experience at a Senior Level in the Telco/AV/DA or FMCG industry
- People management experience
- Extensive experience in working in the Mobile industry in Africa (SEWA/SEEA and SSA) must have experience working with the Operators/Network Carriers
- The successful candidate must also have SellOut / SellThrough and Sell in experience as they will be working on various SellOut platforms.
- The person must have great relationships with the distributors in Africa as each country operates differently in how they sell the products
- GTM strategies Basic Project Management work strategy building competitor analysis market analysis
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to expanding the products market coverage by setting up a product lineup operation plan.
- Contribute to maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product.
- Provides leadership to the daytoday operations of the department while maintaining focus on the companys strategic goals
- Drive delivery of the Company business plan ensuring growth of category
