Job Description
General Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain websites
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed scalability and user experience
- Responsible for the frontend and backend development
- Collaborate with other frontend and backend development to implement new features and improve existing ones.
- As a Web Analyst you would collaborate with the Data Analysts to analyse website performance metrics and user behaviour monitor website traffic track SEO performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
- Work with the marketing designing and analytics team to design and implement landing pages
- Collaborate with the designing team to create visually appealing graphics banners and other design elements for websites.
- Ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
- Responsible for project management related duties to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Collaborate with other team members including copywriters designers and SEO specialists to deliver comprehensive web solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Current Projects:
- Redesigning corporate websites for major clients to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Conducting a comprehensive SEO audit and implementing onpage and offpage optimizations for several clients.
- Creating a series of landing pages and email templates for an upcoming marketing campaign.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Web development Graphic design or related field.
- Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript PHP JSE Jason WordPress and SEO.
- Design/Creative experience beneficial.
- Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Ability to create wireframes mockups and prototypes.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced
environment.
