Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the charge in expanding brand presence driving highquality lead generation and building meaningful connections with clients. This role offers the chance to shape a growing national brand lead supplier diversification strategies and implement datadriven marketing campaigns across TV digital SEO and public platforms. Develop and execute multichannel lead generation strategies for debt review and insurance products.
Build and maintain supplier relationships while identifying new costeffective acquisition sources.
Drive brand building across traditional (TV) and digital (social media) platforms.
Own the companys SEO strategy and online reputation management.
Monitor and report on campaign performance conversion quality and ROI.
Lead media and PR outreach efforts including representation on national platforms.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing content and touchpoints.
Present strategic insights and performance data to senior stakeholders.
Proven experience in a senior marketing role within B2C services ideally fintech or insurance.
Strong analytical skills and a track record of managing paid and organic lead channels.
Excellent understanding of SEO customer acquisition and digital engagement.
Confident communicator with media experience or comfort in public representation.
Strategic thinker with demonstrated leadership and stakeholder reporting experience.
Experience managing lead suppliers or external vendors.
Familiarity with South African financial or legal compliance in advertising.
Exposure to crisis communications or brand reputation recovery.
Affinity for working in fastpaced agile environments.
