Our client a dynamic and fastgrowing company based in Pinelands Cape Town is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Returns Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
Your responsibilities would entail the following:
- Dealing with customers who are bringing back a faulty item
- Confirming proof of purchase and whether the item is still in warranty
- Getting the unit tested to ensure that the item is not faulty
- Swapping the client out in store or sending their faulty unit away to the supplier
- Log a return with the supplier
- Keep the client updated on the progress of the faulty item; this involves calling suppliers to check up on the status of the item.
- Processing credit notes once the supplier credits our account.
- Looks after the Open Box Location
- Sign & receive stock from the Couriers
- Stock Movements for Retail
- Capture all stock into HansaChange Prices on items when necessary
- Ensure that mini stock takes are done on CPU iPad & iPhone weekly
- Ensure that Monthly stock takes are done
Requirements
- Effective people relationshipbuilding skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good numeracy skills able to count and perform simple calculations (e.g. add subtract multiply and divide) accurately and efficiently.
- Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good Telephonic skills
- Computer literate Hansa
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Selfstarter with a strong positive attitude confident and enthusiastic
- Dedicated and passionate about Service and Technology
- Always possesses a strong professional attitude and personal presentation
- Good attention to detail and followup
- Works both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
