Position: Universe Application Support Consultant
Area: Woodmead Sandton
Work setup : Hybrid
Salary: negotiable based on experience

Requirements:
- Matric
- 3 5 years experience in financial services would be highly beneficial.
- Universe Basic programming knowledge / ability is essential.
- Understanding of general database systems
- Basic understanding of networking and environments.
- Understanding of basic accounting
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- HTML/ JavaScript and CSS essential
- Experience supporting customers.
Main areas of responsibility (not limited to)
- As the successful candidate you will be responsible for client queries and support problem solving system analysis and minor development work.
- Responding to client queries and support logs.
- Attending meetings with clients and management.
- Assisting clients with business and system support issues.
- Analysing system requirements relating to clients requests.
- Writing technical specification documents and
- Assisting clients during poste-implementation phase.
