Duties & Responsibilities
As the Production Manager youll be responsible for managing the full production process people and performance. Youll lead daily operations drive quality and efficiency improvements manage plant KPIs support workforce development and oversee maintenance coordination. Your experience in manufacturing excellence and team leadership will be essential in delivering plant objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 35 years production management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Hands-on experience with production KPIs problem-solving tools 5S and autonomous maintenance
- Understanding of safety environment and continuous improvement frameworks like world class manufacturing
