Job Description

The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to the project team ensuring smooth coordination and documentation throughout the IT digitalization project.


Key responsibilities:
  • Project Meeting Agendas & Minutes: Records of discussions decisions and action items.
  • Project Document Repository: Organized storage of project-related documents (e.g. SharePoint).
  • Project Schedule Updates: Regularly updated project timelines and calendars.
  • Resource Tracking Reports: Monitors team availability allocation and participation.
  • Financial Tracking & Expense Reports: Assists in tracking project costs and expenditures.
  • Procurement & Vendor Documentation: Maintains contracts purchase orders and invoices.
  • Compliance & Audit Documentation: Ensures project follows governance standard.
Minimum Technical Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of administration experience working on enterprise information systems development projects.
  • Diploma in Project Management or Administration or equivalent to minimum NQF Level 6.
  • Internet of Things (IOT) Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence (AI) Virtual Reality and e-learning Mobile and Remote computing project experience will be advantageous.
