Responsibilities:
- Lead and Innovate: Spearhead the development of business requirement specifications through expertly facilitated discussions JAD sessions and interviews with key stakeholders.
- Drive Process Excellence: Document existing business processes and critically design and document new optimized business processes that enhance efficiency and outcomes.
- Bridge Business and Technology: Act as the primary interface between business representatives and technical teams for the development and implementation of cutting-edge business applications. Develop comprehensive functional and technical specification documentation.
- Strategic Project Coordination: Effectively coordinate projects and their inter-dependencies managing timelines milestones risks and any emerging issues to ensure successful delivery.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement incremental improvements to current processes fostering an environment of ongoing enhancement.
- Master Stakeholder Engagement: Keep management users and developers informed of progress through effective communication and adept management of expectations.
