Job Description

Our client in the telecom sector is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with ITIL & ServiceNow experience. Contract role for 6 to 12 months.


A Process Engineer specializing in ITIL and ServiceNow within the telecommunications sector is instrumental in optimizing IT service management (ITSM) processes ensuring seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions and aligning service delivery with industry best practices. Below is a comprehensive job specification for this role:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 6 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow engineer and developer.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
    • ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
