Role Description:
The CTO leads digital innovation across the group focusing on AI integration CRM optimization and enhancing the car buying and aftersales journey through advanced tech solutions.

Oversee CRM and website platforms

Optimize user experience and lead capture tools

CRM & Data Integration:

Automate CRM workflows

Build a real-time data ecosystem across departments

Ensure cybersecurity and compliance

AI-Driven Sales Aftersales & CX:

Implement AI tools for customer service lead gen and inventory

Use predictive analytics for forecasting and pricing

Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
