Job Description
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role would be advantageous (Wildlife and Hunting Industry)
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Afrikaans language.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidating and maintaining information for export operations.
- Preparing and managing export documentation.
- Providing general assistance to the Manager.
- Handling general administrative duties including emails filing and problem-solving.
- Compiling and managing spreadsheets.
- Working in Excel and Word for daily reporting and document preparation.
