Job Description

Our client in the Taxidermy Industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ an Administrative Assistant in their Crating Department.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role would be advantageous (Wildlife and Hunting Industry)
  • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
  • Professional working proficiency in both English and Afrikaans language.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidating and maintaining information for export operations.
  • Preparing and managing export documentation.
  • Providing general assistance to the Manager.
  • Handling general administrative duties including emails filing and problem-solving.
  • Compiling and managing spreadsheets.
  • Working in Excel and Word for daily reporting and document preparation.
