Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to perform the duties of a Clinical Facilitatorto join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frail care and be able to work an average of 3 days a week (6 - 8 hours per day).
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a frail care
- Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle
- Ability to work part-time (3 days a week 6 - 8 hours per day)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate patient-centred care
