Core purpose:
The B-BBEE Advisory Consultant is responsible for collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and implement transformation strategies that align with B-BBEE legislation and best practices. This role focuses on providing tailored advice and support to clients resolving any challenges they face in understanding or applying B-BBEE regulations and routinely managing client expectations.
Key responsibilities include drafting and maintaining strategic plans and data ensuring adherence to project timelines and service-level agreements and producing relevant reports to inform management decisions. The position requires frequent accurate and data-driven communication across different management levels. Where necessary the Consultant may coordinate with third-party service providers but typically operates in a purely advisory capacity.
By overseeing multiple engagements at once the B-BBEE Advisory Consultant must exhibit strong legislative knowledge meticulous time management attention to detail and consistent problem-solving abilities. Their primary objective is to guide clients in effectively understanding and leveraging B-BBEE principles rather than achieving a specific level or undergoing formal verification processes.

Experience required:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Basic) essential
2 years previous experience in B-BBEE consulting
2 years previous experience in B-BBEE verification services advantageous
Qualifications :
BA/BCom Degree in Law/HR/Business Management/Financial Management or related field
Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
