Job Description
The Electrical Assistant tends to incidents reported via the Control and Helpdesk Administrator is responsible for electrical maintenance and installations fault finding and has to ensure that safety standards are adhered to and maintained. They willwork under the supervision of a Team Leader or Supervisor but willalso report to the Electrical Manager from time to time and assist with ad hoc projects.

Educational Requirement:
- Grade10
- CompletedN1 & N2ElectricalTradeTest
Knowledge Requirements:
- SABS0142andotherrelevantSafetyStandards
- Power &handtoolsknowledgeandusage-heavycurrent
- ElectricalMaintenance/ Installations
- Variouslightingsourcescablingand wiringknowledge
- Inspectionson DBSGenerators UPSTransformers Motorsetc.
- Faultfindingandtroubleshootingonelectricalinstallations.
