Assist with administrative tasks related to disciplinary hearings grievances and counselling sessions
Help coordinate IR meetings and maintain accurate records of outcomes
Draft and issue formal letters and notices related to IR matters
Track probation periods warnings and fixed-term contract timelines
Support in compiling reports and analysing IR trends
Attend and take minutes in hearings and consultations (where appropriate)
Provide general HR admin support as needed
Must have completed a Human Resource Management Industrial Psychology or related qualification (National Diploma or Degree)
Must be able to work full-time on site at Emperors Palace
Basic understanding of South African labour laws (LRA BCEA etc.)
Strong admin planning and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters professionally
Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
Previous HR internship or workplace exposure (even if brief)
Familiarity with CCMA processes or internal disciplinary procedure
Full Time
