Job Description

Position: Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Fridays; 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST or CST

Salary range: USD 1500- 2000 per month depending on experience

Location: 100% Remote (preferred: South Africa)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced BDR/SDR to join our growing real estate mortgage this role you will be responsible for qualifying and setting appointments with individual real estate investors interested in our mortgage products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to a database of warm leads to qualify their interest and needs
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the investors goals and financial situation
  • Set qualified appointments for our loan advisors to provide mortgage solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in our HubSpot CRM
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation appointments set and pipeline growth

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar sales development role
  • Strong interest and familiarity with real estate investing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient with CRM software particularly HubSpot
  • Bonus: Experience working remotely or in a distributed team
