Job Description
HR Manager
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
-
4-5 years experience in HR including labour relations.
-
Solid understanding of HR planning policy development and HR administration.
-
Knowledge of South African labour law payroll and HR systems.
-
Experience in performance management talent management and learning & development.
-
Competence in statistical analysis reporting and performance evaluation.
-
Familiarity with PFMA National Treasury Regulations and EE legislation.
-
Strong computer literacy communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
-
Provide strategic HR leadership and guidance to management and staff.
-
Develop review and implement HR policies procedures and strategies.
-
Oversee all HR administration including recruitment payroll leave and reporting.
-
Lead talent acquisition retention and succession planning efforts.
-
Manage employee relations disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
-
Implement and manage wellness programmes EE plans and change initiatives.
-
Facilitate performance management systems and conduct performance reviews.
-
Drive HR service delivery improvements and system automation.
-
Conduct culture and engagement surveys and develop action plans.
-
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations audits and best practices.
-
Oversee benefits and compensation administration.
-
Advise line managers on all HR and organisational development matters.
-
Lead and manage the HR team to deliver high-quality responsive services.
