Duties & Responsibilities
Job requirements :
Tertiary qualification in Business Management Sales Marketing Engineering or related fields.
10 years in sales marketing or engineering within the truck or motor/body application industry.
Strong negotiation organizational and time management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office SAP and sales tools such as Truck Science; basic CAD knowledge is a plus.
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels in a multicultural environment.
Results-driven with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Lead the identification evaluation and pursuit of new business opportunities within the truck body applications and component sectors.
Sales Leadership:
Manage and execute sales plans that align with company revenue targets.
Take ownership of the tender submission process ensuring proposals are accurate competitive and delivered on time.
Maintain strong relationships with dealers customers and partners to maximize sales conversion and foster loyalty.
Aftersales & Warranty Management:
Oversee aftersales services to ensure timely and efficient support for customers including warranty claims management in partnership with service providers.
Lead customer retention programs that enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing Coordination:
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and market positioning.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of company marketing materials including digital content product specifications and event participation.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
Lead and mentor a small team coordinating efforts across production engineering finance and sales to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Act as a key liaison with dealers and customers representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
Strategic Planning:
Develop long-term strategies for business growth and aftersales excellence.
Monitor industry trends competitor activity and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery and product offering.
