Responsibilities:
- Champion the end-user perspective by reviewing and analyzing business requirements and process flows to develop comprehensive real-world test cases and scenarios.
- Drive the quality assurance process by designing documenting and executing critical User Acceptance Testing (UAT) system and regression tests.
- Act as a key liaison collaborating closely with Business Analysts Developers and Product Owners to ensure clarity and alignment on requirements and expected outcomes.
- Uphold product integrity by meticulously identifying documenting and tracking defects through to resolution using tools like Jira.
- Validate the accurate implementation of complex business rules and workflows within the delivered solutions.
- Contribute to a superior user experience by providing insightful feedback on usability and potential process improvements.
- Play an active role in the project lifecycle participating in planning and status meetings to provide clear updates on testing progress and quality metrics.
