What You ll Be Doing
Gather analyze and document business and technical requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on API integrations and middleware implementations
Design and optimize service delivery frameworks (ITIL SLAs KPIs)
Translate business needs into technical solutions using tools like SQL REST/SOAP and BPMN/UML
Manage end-to-end UAT change requests and production rollouts
Develop detailed technical and process documentation
Requirements
What You ll Need to Succeed
5 years as a Technical / IT Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Integration Analyst
Proven experience in system integration and data flow analysis
Strong command of SQL Power BI and API technologies
Understanding of ITIL service management and process mapping
Excellent communication skills able to align stakeholders from tech to exec
Financial services experience is a strong advantage
