Job Description
1. Litigation Case Support
- Provide day-to-day litigation support for complex civil litigation matters across jurisdictions.
- Assist legal teams with factual investigations data analysis and timelines relevant to cases.
- Coordinate and manage litigation calendars deadlines and case-related correspondence.
2. Evidence & Data Management
- Oversee document collection organization and management of digital evidence and databases.
- Support early case assessments ensuring critical data is identified and reviewed.
- Assist with the use and maintenance of litigation tools such as Relativity Everlaw or similar platforms.
3. Discovery & Disclosure Execution
- Prepare coordinate and execute document production and e-discovery processes.
- Assist with drafting and quality-checking privilege logs and discovery indexes.
- Liaise with external vendors forensic providers and opposing counsel for production schedules and formats.
4. Litigation Systems and Process Efficiency
- Support the implementation of litigation management systems and templates.
- Create and maintain organised digital filing systems data rooms and matter management dashboards.
- Contribute to the development of internal litigation protocols and process documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Law Legal Studies LLB.
- Minimum 3 years post articles experience in litigation.
- Familiarity with cross-border litigation international data transfer and confidentiality obligations.
- Prior experience supporting a high-volume fast-paced legal or corporate function.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in the use of Virtual Data Room platforms.
- Strong command of legal documentation processes and records management.
- Familiarity with legal project planning tools trackers and document management systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
- Comfortable navigating legal tech and internal workflow platforms.
- Solid understanding of legal terminology contract structures and compliance documentation.
Proficient in the use of Virtual Data Room platforms. Strong command of legal documentation processes and records management. Familiarity with legal project planning tools, trackers, and document management systems. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Comfortable navigating legal tech and internal workflow platforms. Solid understanding of legal terminology, contract structures, and compliance documentation.
Education
Legal qualification required (LLB or equivalent). Admission as a lawyer is advantageous but not mandatory. Minimum 3 years experience in a legal operations, legal project support, or paralegal role. Prior experience supporting a high-volume, fast-paced legal or corporate function. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
