Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a strategic and dynamic International Sales Manager to join a prestigious luxury lodge and hotel group based in Johannesburg. This is a high-impact role ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a global mindset and strong connections in the international travel trade.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue strengthening international agent relationships and elevating brand presence across multiple key global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of international markets
Design and execute tailored sales strategies per region and agent
Develop market-specific plans including revenue targets booking trends and marketing opportunities
Cultivate and deepen relationships with agents tour operators DMCs and luxury travel networks
Conduct revenue reviews and implement performance optimisation strategies
Host and manage familiarisation trips site inspections and global sales workshops
Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing reservations) to ensure alignment across markets
Required Skills & Experience:
5 8 years experience in international sales within luxury lodges boutique hotels or high-end travel products
Extensive knowledge of and connections within the global luxury travel industry
Proven success in delivering revenue growth across international markets
Strong ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
Skilled in digital collaboration campaigns trade shows and incentive programmes
Ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously each with unique dynamics and sales cycles
