Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting cold calling and networking.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of office automation hardware and software.
Prepare quotes proposals and contracts in line with customer requirements and company standards
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries or complaints in a timely manner
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Grade 12
A tertiary qualification in Sales Marketing or Business Management advantageous.
Minimum 3 5 years sales/account management experience in the office automation industry.
Strong technical understanding of printers copiers MFPs and document management solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Valid drivers license and own transport
Education
Grade 12 A tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management advantageous.
