Job Description
The successful candidate must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
Core Functions:
> Oversight of all financial and accounting operations of the company.
> Corporate Governance.
> Liaising with Auditors completion of year end file for submission to Auditors.
> Interpret financial information and provide updates and information as needed.
> Approval and release of purchase orders.
> Checking and approval of Credit Releases.
> Cash Management.
> Maintenance of General Ledger.
> Payroll PAYE UIF etc. Submissions.
> Monthly Management Accounts.
> VAT returns.
Qualifications and Experience required:
> Exceptional Matriculation results with more than 60% in Mathematics.
> BCom / BCom (Hons) in Accounting.
> Completed SAICA articles with 2 years post articles experience in staff management.
> Advanced Excel skills.
