Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead coach and motivate a team of debt collection agents
- Monitor performance provide feedback and conduct regular reviews
- Manage daily operations ensuring compliance with policies and legislation
- Handle escalated calls and guide agents on complex cases
- Track KPIs call quality and team targets
- Support training onboarding and performance improvement
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3 years debt collection experience 1 2 years in leadership
- Strong leadership emotional intelligence and time management
- Target-driven resilient and passionate about team development
