Looking for a focused and steady Bookkeeper to support a group of companies operating in the logistics and petroleum/fuel sector. Based in Boksburg this is a hands-on finance role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment can manage a high volume of transactions and remains calm under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping to trial balance and maintaining accurate records across multiple depots and clients reporting directly to the General Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
2 to 3 years of relevant bookkeeping to trial balance
Proficient in Sage Pastel and Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Experience in logistics petroleum or fuel sectors will be highly advantageous
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused with large volumes of work
Must be able to handle bookkeeping for a book value of R60 million per month
Comfortable managing data for approximately 300 clients across multiple depots
Duties and Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping to trial balance for a group of companies
Capturing and processing high volumes of invoices
Maintaining accurate financial records across various depots
Reconciling accounts and assisting with monthly reporting
Supporting the General Manager with financial queries and audit preparation
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and deadlines
