If youre a passionate Bookkeeper and enjoy building client relationships improving processes through systems and tech and delivering high-quality bookkeeping for an interesting mix of clients this role could be the perfect next step.

Youll be working 1:1 with an experienced and down-to-earth Manager supporting both existing and new local clients. This is no ordinary bookkeeping role as the second person in the Cloud Accounting team youll have the opportunity to grow with the team climb the ladder attend events to showcase the teams services and be a key figure in its future success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the go-to person for clients answering queries and providing hands-on support.
• Take ownership of clients bookkeeping needs ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Support with new system implementations helping clients get the best from their software.
• Build strong relationships with a portfolio of local clients delivering excellent service.
• Play an active role in developing and growing the Cloud Accounting team.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accountancy practice role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud accounting systems such as Xero QuickBooks or Dext.
• A passion for technology and process improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ambition to grow with the role and take on more responsibility as the team expands.
