The Role: Sales Representative
This role is focused on driving new business development while managing and growing existing client relationships within the hospitality and food services sector. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets through proactive engagement tailored proposals and value-driven selling strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify pursue and convert new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
Present compelling sales proposals and close deals with new and existing clients
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and profitability goals
Negotiate annual rate increases in line with company expectations
Prepare accurate sales reports and track performance metrics
Conduct market research and identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and deliver professional quotations and tailored proposals
Stay informed on product offerings market developments and competitor activities
Plan and execute personal sales strategies effectively
Provide expert product advice and support to clients
