Introduction
**Please note: This is aworking model - remote based anyway in South Africa its a bonus in Cape Town but equally happy with someone based in Johannesburg Pretoria or even the middle of nowhere. They have an office in Cape Town
Our client in the Software Development / Architecture & AI industry based in Rosebank is looking for a Growth Consultant (Lead Generation and Sales Executive responsibilities combined) to play a crucial role in empowering developers and changing the software industry for good.
They are looking for well-spoken and polished not be a sensitive person needs to be worldly get on well with the team and happy to get involved in banter and typical boy talk.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to the required number of cold prospects according
- Enable remarketing processes accordingly
- Book the required number of introduction meetings with qualified prospects
- Respond to all prospects on a daily basis using the appropriate templates (as defined by the company)
- Facilitate introduction calls and book demo calls with qualified SQLs and their relevant technical decision makers
- Facilitate the sales role in demo calls and book conclusion calls with the respective decision makers.
- Recommend and implement the Sales Execution process improvements every 6 months

Desired Experience & Qualification
In order to be considered the following is required:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Financial or Marketing 3-year degree
- 2 - 3 years experience
- Proficient in Excel and OneNote
- Proficient in video calls including Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Proficient in learning new online applications quickly
- Able to identify fix and/or escalate process (including tech) issues on the day
- Excellent rapport builders able to talk to people and build good strong relationships
- Have excellent written skills
- Be confident enough that if given the structure of the sales meeting you can run the meeting
Package & Remuneration
Salary: R20 000 R30 000 (no deductions other than tax)
Commission very rewarding commission structure
Annual leave: 20 days per annum
