Job Description

Position: Marketing Coordinator
Job Type: Part-Time Remote (10 20 hours/week)
Working Hours: Flexible ideally with some overlap to EST business hours
Salary Range: $700 $800 USD/month
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor

About the Role
Our client is a values-driven consulting firm focused on helping businesses create standout customer and employee experiences. They blend strategy coaching and creative execution to support growth and performance across industries.

They re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable designing a newsletter or setting up a webinar. You ll work across content social media and campaign coordination supporting both the company s own brand and its client-facing initiatives.

What You ll Be Doing

Content & Creative

  • Design clean eye-catching graphics for newsletters social posts and client deliverables (using Canva or Adobe Suite).
  • Draft and schedule original content across platforms like Substack LinkedIn Instagram and TikTok.
  • Assist with light video editing for short-form content and digital campaigns.
  • Repurpose existing content into blog posts social snippets and email copy.

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

  • Prepare and schedule email newsletters (Mailchimp ConvertKit or similar).
  • Set up webinars and virtual events from registration forms to reminder emails.
  • Build digital forms for lead capture feedback or event signups.
  • Support marketing automation workflows (e.g. HubSpot ActiveCampaign Zapier).
  • Update basic web content using tools like WordPress or Webflow.

Social Media & Analytics

  • Help manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn Instagram TikTok).
  • Post regularly and schedule content using Buffer Later or similar tools.
  • Monitor LinkedIn messages and coordinate outreach campaigns.
  • Track and report monthly analytics across channels.

What They re Looking For

  • 2 years of marketing experience bonus if it s in a B2B or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Suite for graphic creation.
  • Familiarity with social platforms and digital content trends.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and automations.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software (iMovie CapCut Premiere etc.).
  • Excellent writing communication and project management skills.
  • A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and timelines.
