What youll be doing
Youll oversee the full production lifecycle of a high-volume manufacturing plant leading a team of approximately 80 people including 15 direct reports. Youll manage planning maintenance safety compliance shift performance and operational problem-solving all while keeping output on target. Your leadership will drive safety quality and efficiency and your presence on the floor will set the tone for a strong reliable team culture.

What youll need
A degree in Mechatronics Mechanical or Electrical Engineering plus a minimum of 5 years experience in senior production or factory management. Youll have worked in heavy or automated manufacturing be confident managing shifts and systems and bring strong technical problem-solving skills leadership presence and a no-nonsense approach.
