The City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to drive our Learning Engagement and Planning this pivotal role you will shape strategic capability foster a culture of continuous growth and engage teams in meaningful transformative ways. You will oversee major strategic projects secure funding including through grants and government programs and embed continuous improvement through meaningful insights and analytics. 35-hour working week with flexible/hybrid work arrangements/model as well as an optional 9-day fortnight

Remuneration: $142965.62 17.5% annual leave loading yearly payment 12% Superannuation per annum for a 35-hour week
