Job Description
To take demand from Personal Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g. opening of relevant accounts statements debit order information etc.) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience product and legislative (e.g. FAIS) requirements.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: Secondary/High school/A levels/Matric
Field of Study: NQF Level 5 and above
Licenses & Certifications: FAIS Representative

Client Coverage
Personal and Private Banking
3-4 years
Relevant FAIS qualification and experience. If no FAIS experience would then need to operate under supervision. Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes policies and products.
