Job Description
Are you a detail-driven Quantity Surveyor with a passion for structural innovation A leading South African consultancy is seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyorto join their dynamic team in Krugersdorp Gauteng. This is your chance to work on a variety of structural projects that include steel-framed reinforced concrete composite systems timber and masonry across commercial industrial and residential sectors.
As part of this forward-thinking practice youll be involved in:
Projects from conceptual study phases through to execution evaluating multiple structural systems to meet strength cost and aesthetic goals.
Collaborations with structural engineers and architects on complex builds.
Utilizing various design packages for structural and civil analysis including static and dynamic load considerations.
Applying your working knowledge of SABS codes (0etc.) modern construction methods and materials.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Quantity Surveying
SACQSP Candidate Registration
27 years of relevant experience
Exposure to commercial industrial or residential structural projects is highly advantageous
