Job Purpose:
To provide high-level confidential administrative and operational support to the Regional Director of Development and Operations ensuring effective planning coordination and communication across the region. The PA plays a pivotal role in enabling the Director to focus on strategic priorities by managing schedules correspondence travel logistics and reporting.

Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field.
5 years experience in a high-level executive assistant or personal assistant role ideally in the hospitality or development industry.
Experience supporting regional leadership in a fast-paced multinational environment.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Word).
High emotional intelligence tact and diplomacy.
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
Flexibility to work across time zones and occasional after-hours availability.
Additional Information :
Working Conditions:
Based at the regional office.
May be required to attend regional meetings or conferences from time to time.
Able to legally work in South Africa
