- Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients including pharmacies hospitals clinics and medical laboratories.
- Promote the companys specialized medical transportation services ensuring clients are aware of regulatory compliance delivery times and safety protocols.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely accurate deliveries.
- Maintain a high level of industry knowledge including medical product handling requirements and relevant healthcare regulations.
