Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Support & Maintenance:
- Provide hands-on and remote technical support for hardware software and networks
- Install maintain and configure office automation equipment
- Troubleshoot printers networks connectivity issues and PC-related problems
- Ensure proper installation of workstations laptops and software
- Maintain accurate inventory of all tech equipment
- Set up and maintain internal and customer IT infrastructure
- Monitor and maintain servers networks and connectivity solutions
- Provide remote assistance when required
- Ensure secure and efficient use of systems and technology
- PBX and CCTV experience is advantageous
- Perform occasional overtime where necessary
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support and network troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of connectivity servers and office automation
- Advanced fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Valid drivers license required
- Matric / Grade 12
- A and N Certification
- Additional networking and technical qualifications beneficial
