Our client is looking for a Test Manager (Advanced) - Launch your SAP career with global finance solutions!
Advanced Test Manager position with international exposure
Work with International Finance Template team serving 100 Group entities
Flexible working arrangements with travel opportunities
POSITION: Contract: 01 October 2025 31 December 2028
EXPERIENCE: 4-6 Years related experience
COMMENCEMENT: 01 October 2025
LOCATION: Hybrid: Midrand/Menlyn/Rosslyn/Home Office rotation

Qualifications/Experience
- Relevant IT/Business Degree
- ISTQB Certification
- Tricentis TOSCA Certification
- 5 years experience
Essential Skills Requirements
- Solid Test Management know-how and Agile methodologies
- Solid background with SAP Projects in the area of finance
- Transition of manual product tests towards automated testing concept
- Test tools Atlassian X-Ray
- Project systems Atlassian JIRA
Advantageous Skills Requirements
- Test automation tools (TOSCA)
- SAP Modules SAP FI/CO General Ledger Asset Accounting Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Banking
- Strong presentation skills
- Above-board work ethics
- Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project
- Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required
- Willing and able to travel internationally
- Problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and submit deliverables on time with excellent quality
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with technical and non-technical colleagues/users
- Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation
- Flexibility to work after hours if needed
- German Speaking
- Ownership mentality willingness to take over responsibility and drive topics
- Willingness deal with global customers (due to global exposure language barriers might exist)
- Open and pro-active communication across international teams
- Ability to understand complex work environments
Role Requirements
- Planning coordination and coordination of test activities
- Development and definition of test methods and test tools
- Building up and leading any topics related to testing the success of projects and the products maintenance area
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
- Deploying and managing resources for testing
- Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the testing team
- Planning deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement
- Test case design based on communication and collaboration with business departments
- Perform manual testing implementation and documentation of automated tests (accessible for Group/third parties)
- Definition of an integrated concept of manual and automated test cases together with Group headquarter test manager (automation and manual)
- Strategic leadership for test automation
- Reporting of issues back to the development team
- Manage escalations related to testing and test progress
