Social Media Manager (JB5539)
Location: Fourways Johannesburg Gauteng
Salary: Market Related (based on experience and qualifications)
Employment Type: Permanent

As Social Media Manager youll take the lead on developing and executing digital strategies across a portfolio of diverse brands and business units. This is a hands-on high-impact role perfect for someone with sharp instincts deep platform knowledge and the ability to balance content creation analytics and brand voice with ease.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar.
Deep understanding of LinkedIn Instagram Facebook YouTube TikTok and other key platforms.
Hands-on experience creating scheduling and managing posts across platforms.
Experience with paid ad campaigns A/B testing and analytics tools.
Ability to brief content creators collaborate with videographers and maintain brand consistency.
Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for tone language and digital engagement.
Exceptional time management attention to detail and creative judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands across B2B and B2C audiences.
Build and manage content calendars aligned with broader marketing goals.
Collaborate with videographers photographers and content teams to brief and guide content creation.
Create engaging written visual and video content across platforms.
Track performance across platforms analyse data and report on KPIs.
Stay current with platform updates algorithm changes and emerging trends.
Maintain consistency in brand tone and messaging across all digital
touchpoints.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely delivery.
Manage community engagement queries and feedback across platforms.
