Job Description
1. Daily Operation:
- Chemical testing for textile and footwear industrial.
- Maintenance / calibration equipment such GCMS LCMSMS ICPMS
- Validation new test method for accreditation ISO 17025
2. Technical Development:
- Oversee the technical development roadmap ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to drive the development of new testing methodologies and technologies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into Eurofins operations.
3. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments including Research and Development Operations and Sales to ensure seamless implementation of technical advancements.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to enhance Eurofins technical capabilities.
4. Resource Management:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of scientists engineers and other technical professionals.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all technical developments meet Eurofins quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain robust quality control processes for technical innovations.
Qualifications :
- At least Master degree in Analytical or Organic chemistry
- 1-2 year in testing lab
- Strong understanding of laboratory testing diagnostics and related technologies.
- Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements relevant to Eurofins operations
- English fluently in 4 skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align technical development efforts with business objectives
