Job Description
This job refers to our Real Estate brands Homegate and Immoscout24 the largest real estate portals in Switzerland with more than 15 million visits per month and more than 100000 listings.** We provide all users looking for a property with a transparent overview of the entire range of listings without them having to tediously visit different addition to great products such as the mortgage or price calculator we also offer editorial articles on topics such as housing and financing.
We are looking for a Junior/Mid Fullstack Engineer to help us build the future of the Swiss real estate market by contributing to our cutting edge cloud based technology stack. You will get to collaborate and access the wealth of knowledge and experience from a community of amazing engineers who come from all parts of the globe and are ready to share their expertise and aid you in your path to fulfilling your potential.

Our tech stack
- Frontend: with TypeScript
- Backend: and TypeScript following a serverless microservices architecture in an AWS cloud environment (Lambda DynamoDB SQS SNS S3 etc.)

Qualifications :
What will you bring to the ride
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 1 years of experience in Software Development.
- Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript with proficiency in at least one of the following:
- Comfortable with or and capable of building modern web applications.
- Experience with backend development including implementing synchronous and asynchronous services.
- Some exposure to AWS services and a Serverless Technology Stack.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for what the team builds. Before blindly adding code to a codebase be able to identify problematic areas and refactor them with maintainability and stability in mind.
- Curious open-minded and enthusiastic about growing in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to use AI tools to assist with coding is a plus.
